OR
II. Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university
Programme Manager (Child protection) I. Masters in Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university
II. Minimum 55% marks at Masters Level.
III. Knowledge of Hindi up to matric.
IV. 5 years of experience in relevant field
Accounts Officer i. Retired as Accounts Officer, or in-service SAO with at least 2 years experience on deputation basis.
ii. Ability to work on MS.Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) with
Assistant cum Data Entry Operator I. Graduate from any recognized University
II. 1-year Diploma/Certificate Basic (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) with ease.
At District Level 
District Child Protection Officer i. Masters in Psychology/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university
i. Minimum 60% marks at Masters Level and having a consistently good academic record.

ii. Minimum 55% mark at Masters level and having a consistently good academic record.

Protection officer (Non Institutional Care) i. Master in Psychology/ Master in Social Work/ Master in Child Development/ MSC. Human Development forms any recognized University.
